Bugatti Veyron fails to make a new speed world record for a series model. The current record belongs to Koenigsegg CCR: 388km/h

Bugatti Veyron

Surprisingly, the Bugatti Veyron doesn’t have official numbers on its maximum speed. Bugatti tried to set things right in the weekend that just ended, the test taking place on a 9km long runway. The official partner of the test was Castrol. Bugatti will try to set things right on November 5, with the test taking place on a 9km long runway. The official partner for the test is Castrol.
Well, altough the test took place, and though the manufacturer prodly announced before a maximum speed of 407km/h, no news has come out yet about the test results. And that can only mean one thing, the Veyron failed!

Well, the test didn’t take place yet, and my source was wrong. I apologize for that. The test will take place on November 5, and I feel like an idiot. Many thanks to John for setting things right!
